INCIPE is organizing a virtual session with Concepción Escobar, Professor of Public International Law at UNED and Director of the International Humanitarian Law Studies Center (CEDIH) of the Spanish Red Cross, to analyze the responses and challenges in protecting the victims of armed conflicts.
