Born in 1961, he holds a degree in Economics from Georgetown University, Washington D.C., and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Austin, Texas. He served as Treasurer of Argentaria between 1997 and 1998.

 

Since 2020, he has held the position of Chairman of Técnicas Reunidas.

He also serves as Chairman of Empresarios Agrupados Internacional, S.A. and INCIPE, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Eurocontrol, S.A., Master Sociedad Anónima de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, S.A., Initec Plantas Industriales, S.A., and Initec Infraestructuras, S.A.

 

Additionally, he holds the position of First Vice-President of Técnicas Reunidas Internacional, S.A., as well as Vice-President of Araltec, S.L. and Aragonesas Promoción de Obras y Construcciones, S.L.
